- Inspection - Each garment is formally inspected individually once your order is completed to ensure that we have addressed your cleaning preferences and your every need for alterations. We perform inspections intermittently while your garment is in our shop, to ensure that any stains have been removed and won’t set once we’ve dried your clothing.
- Packaging - Most garments are packaged in protective polybags. We use tissue paper, custom hangers and specially designed breathable garment bags and boxes to ensure our customers’ garments are protected during storage.

Fluff & Fold Service
If you’re too busy to handle the laundry on your own, our fluff and fold service is designed around your schedule. Just drop off your laundry, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can retrieve it at your convenience. Or, for an additional fee, we can come to you to pick it up and bring it back when it’s done. We treat all articles of clothing with care and respect, ensuring they’re returned to you as clean as possible.

Hours & Pricing for Our Laundry Services
Serra Mesa is proud to offer our fluff and fold service six days a week. Drop-off hours are 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday) and 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Saturdays). Just drop by or give us a call at (858) 737-4419.
Laundry Drop-Off (2 Business Days for Pickup): $2.50/lb. We will be happy to press any shirt, slacks, or blouse for just an extra $5 each.
